Correction: “challenged” should be “childish”

In the Skinner-Dorsey conversation transcript the word “challenged” should be “childish”.

This is actually much more damning of Mr. Skinner.  It is disrespectful and antagonistic.  A city employee should not speak that way to a citizen.
