Former DSS director now working for sheriff’s office

The former director of Richmond’s Department of Social Services, who was forced to retire after problems in the scandal-plagued department showed children were in danger, is being paid with tax dollars once again. Doris Moseley left DSS under a cloud of controversy, and despite the outrage she caused, she’s now working with the Richmond Sheriff’s Office. Link
